About Downlands
For over 40 years, Downlands Deer and Studstock have been transporting livestock throughout New Zealand. We understand that transporting livestock requires expertise and care. Our dedicated team is skilled in handling all breeds of general livestock, ensuring that your animals arrive safely and comfortably. Our trucks are all equipped for livestock transport, minimising stress and maximising welfare during transit.

Our modern fleet of trucks and trailers, all with purpose-built crates, are certified to meet New Zealand’s latest quality standards to transport all deer, studstock bulls, rams, and general livestock – small or large. We also offer overnight facilities for deer & cattle, using purpose-built yards.
