• Payment due 20th month following invoice date • Penalty interest of 8% will be charged on overdue accounts • The Purchaser shall be immediately liable for all costs of collection and/or legal fees incurred by Downlands Deer Ltd, in the recovery or attempted recovery of any overdue amounts, which we will seek through a debt collecting agency at our discretion. Purchasers records will be forwarded to the chosen agency • Goods carried “At Limited Carriers Risk”. This means that the carrier will pay a maximum of $2000 if the goods are lost or damaged
